This Privacy Policy sets out how Klevo Advance, operated by Fly Wallet Pty Ltd, handles your personal information and explains the measures we have taken to comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including the Australian Privacy Principles.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, 'Klevo Advance', 'Klevo', 'we', 'us' or 'our' means Fly Wallet Pty Ltd, ABN 89 639 905 490, Australian Financial Services Licence Number 527 319, Australian Credit Licence Number 483627.
We may, in connection with particular services we offer or provide to you, make other privacy disclosures to you or seek your authority to use your personal information in ways which are different from or more specific than those stated in this Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency, those other disclosures will apply. It is important that you read and understand this Privacy Policy.
What personal information we collect
'Personal information' is information or an opinion about a reasonably identifiable individual. The types of personal information we collect and hold include:
- Your contact details and general demographic and financial information provided when you make an enquiry, register as a customer, or apply for a product
- Information about your employment, income, and commission or fee arrangements, provided when you apply for Klevo Advance
- Identity verification information including government-issued identification documents
- Transaction and payment information relating to your use of the Klevo Advance card
- Information about how you use our products and consume our services, including details of any contact you have with our staff
- Internet activity including your location when you use our website, mobile app, or online services
- Claim information including proof of pending commissions or fees and associated due date documentation uploaded to the Klevo Advance application
Why we collect your personal information
The collection, holding, and use of your personal information is necessary for us to provide you with the Klevo Advance product and related services. This includes:
- Assessing your application for Klevo Advance and related credit facilities under ACL 483627
- Verifying your identity and employment with your sponsoring organisation
- Processing and approving advance claims against pending commission or fee payments
- Managing your account and Klevo Advance Mastercard
- Processing payments and managing repayments from your sponsoring organisation
- Sending you statements, notifications, and other information
- Letting you know about features or offers you may be eligible to receive
- Responding to your questions and resolving problems
- Minimising risk and identifying or investigating fraud, possible money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illegal activities
- Complying with laws and assisting government or law enforcement agencies
- Developing a better understanding of your needs

How we collect your information
We will ordinarily collect information about you directly from you. For example, we collect personal information directly through forms you fill out when applying for Klevo Advance, when your sponsoring organisation registers you as an eligible employee, and through your ongoing interaction with us via the Klevo Advance application.
We may also collect information about you from your sponsoring organisation, from third-party identity verification services, and from your aggregator or dealer group where relevant to verifying a claim.
When you use the Klevo Advance application, we may collect information about and monitor your activities, transactions, location, and behaviours. When you call us, we may record the conversation for training and record-keeping purposes.
From time to time we may receive information that we have not asked for about you from third parties. We will only keep, use, and disclose this information as permitted by law.
Marketing
From time to time we may use your personal information to let you know about other products and services from Klevo that you might be interested in. We might also want to let you know about products and services from partners.
If you would prefer we did not contact you for marketing purposes, please email us at privacy@flywallet.com.au or update your marketing preferences in the Klevo Advance application.
Accessing and correcting your personal information
You may request access to the information we hold about you at any time by emailing our Privacy Officer at privacy@flywallet.com.au. Under certain circumstances we may not be able to provide access — for example where the information relates to legal proceedings or where we are prevented by law from disclosing it. Where we do grant access, we may charge a fee.
You have the right under the Privacy Act to request that we correct information you believe to be inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading. Please email us at privacy@flywallet.com.au and we will take all reasonable steps to correct the information.
Anonymous dealings
In some circumstances you may deal with us anonymously or by pseudonym, for example when making general enquiries about Klevo Advance. However, to apply for Klevo Advance and access credit facilities, we are required by law to verify your identity. If identity verification is required, we will tell you.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy replaces any previous Privacy Policies issued by us. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We encourage you to periodically review our Privacy Policy for any changes at klevoadvance.com.au.
